Our Resins

We also carry a very nice assortment of resins to fit your repair needs. Our resin is manufactured by a specialty company which produces one of the best resins on the market. We sell our resin at a lower price not because it is a cheap resin but because we sell such a large quantity. This passes the savings onto you! This resin is specifically designed for windshield repair, it won't yellow and is very strong. Better yet the resin is a one part resin with more solids to hide the damage better.

We sell three different grades of windshield resin. Star, Medium and Crack resin or pit filler. Our resin cures using a 360 N.M. Ultraviolet lamp using a mylar square and cures in three minutes.

All resins on the market have tensile strengths even if the company selling them doesn't admit it. All resins have a shelf life and any company saying their resin doesn't have a shelf life is lying to you. Our star resin has tensile strength of 2400 pounds per square inch. Our medium has tensile strength of 2800 PSI and our crack resin has tensile strength of 3800 PSI.

We have customers from all over the country that say our resin is the best and strongest resin they have used and the repairs look so much better. Proof is in the pudding as they say. Our customers tell us they like the repairs with our resin even better than one manufactuers resin which sells for far more money!

Our Super Cinch windshield repair tool can easily inject the thicker medium resin into damage because almost all the air is been pulled from the damage prior to resin contacting the glass. Resin on glass injectors or Wet Vacuum injectors cannot place the thicker resin we sell into star damage because of the air resistance. If you don't think thicker resins are stronger then do you use a pit filler? Pit filler is thicker and stronger. Thicker resins are stronger than thin ones.

If you think moisture has no effect on the strength of the repair, try adding water to the adhesive and see what happens. In fact any cement or adhesive we've ever seen tells you to make sure both surfaces are clean and dry! In windshield repair it is no different. The drier the glass is, the better the resin will hold, the less moisture in the resin the stronger the resin will set up. These are facts, don't let anyone tell you different! If you are told some moisture is ok, that company or person is lying to you.
